Derry Township Residents Directory is a private reference to public-record indexes, historical collections, and their custodians in Derry Township, Dauphin County, and Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a Township office, county office, court, library, archive, or other records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Consumer Reporting Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. No material here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Third-Party Services
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, prices, content, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of material here or of a linked portal’s results.
6. Limits on Liability

7. Indemnification

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted; copying full pages or systematically republishing content is not.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continuing to use the service after that posting constitutes acceptance.
10. Restricting Access
We may block or limit access, without notice and at our discretion, when a user violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104, governs access to covered agency records, while court records and other restricted records follow their own access rules.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
